Welcome to the food lover’s page.

Why is there a food page on an editorial Website? Good question. I began my professional writing career in 1993 while living in the Netherlands. I was covering the Benelux market for two food industry trade publications. In the course of my research and writing, I was eagerly exposed to a new world of food and cooking. I’ve been working as a food industry writer ever since and happily experimenting with ingredients from around the world. I believe that a simple meal eaten alone is nourishment and that a simple meal shared with family and friends is a feast. This page is to share the simple for all to feast.
